The Winds of Change

When we lost Krusty Krab, we lost our last wormhole and we became a corporation without a home. Add to that the lack of pilots and no prospects for a new wormhole, we became a corporation without a home. We toyed with the idea of settling near Jita and start mining once again, but this idea did not appeal to us. So we decided to look for another place to live, an area that would provide our pilots with a variety of content, but without the uncertainty of living in a wormhole.
Then we decided to try Solitude, an area of high sec space that is isolated from the rest of high sec behind a wall of low and null sectors. We took a few ships, including a Venture, a Navy Drake and a Buzzard for scouting. After just a few weeks we had made almost 1 billion isk by running sites, exploration and mining gas, all in hi sec. During that time we added to our fleet in Solitude and the plan was to stay here for a while.

During this time we decided to join another corp, The Regency, one that had structures and an alliance in place that allowed us to venture in low and null sectors with relative safety. During that time we reaped the benefits of all areas of solitude and our bank account grew. Than, as with all good things, it quickly ended when the corp decided to pull up stakes, join another alliance and go deep into null. We stayed behind and rejoin the Confederacy, and decided to make Solitude our home.
But the time with the Regency was not a waste. We learned a lot about Solitude, including how to make friends here. Once we established we were going to stay we reached out to the locals and made friends where we could As such we were asked to join The Silent Few Coalition. It is an informal alliance of corps and alliances that worked on keeping people together and friendly in Solitude. Each week we get a list of corps that have joined and we give them a +10 corp contact, and they do the same, That way we are surrounded by blue pilots in Solitude, and have access to their structures, including refineries, which give us access to moon ore. While we did not gain the access we once had in null and low sec, it is still easier to access when you know you have allies nearby. And there is still plenty to do in the high sec areas of Solitude, including mining of gas, ice and moon ore, along with missions and even the occasion Forward Operating Base bashing.
So, as of now, our base of operations are in Solitude. We would like all of our pilots to join us if they wish. The easiest way to get to Solitude is through a high sec wormhole leading directly to Solitude. We will put them in the corp folder under Solitude when we find them. Otherwise the only other way to get to Solitude in relative safety is with a shuttle, since they are immune to bubbles and are fast enough to escape any attempt to lock on and disrupt. Once there we can supply simple ships such as explorers and ventures, and the local economy does have other ships available for sale. Once here, though, you would be advised to search for a hi sec wh to get the rest of your stuff here.
When and if you do decided to join us here, let us know. We can then give you access to the local coalition channel so you can have access to communication with our alliance. And, as always, fly safe!
