The C1 Story...
WHITE DWARF UNANCHORING
As of 2/27 at 01:30 EVE time White Dwarf will complete it's unanchoring cycle. Sorry for the late notice but last time we tried to unanchor it was fired upon. This time we went with secrecy, just in case. At this time I would like to have as many corp pilots there as possible. I would like combat ships at first, then you may bring in cargo ships once we get the core and structure out safely. Currently we have an opening in Caldari Space, 3 jump from Jita, but this will not last. As soon as I have a new opening I will post it in the folder for White Dwarf. (Labeled 5. C1 J130542) There is only one entrance opening in the C1 right now, lets hope that trend continues. :) Remember, this is a C1 so nothing larger than a battlecruiser can fit. I do not expect any trouble at this time, but better safe than sorry.
As soon as WD unanchores I will try to scoop up both the core and structure and get out as fast as I can. These are the most important elements of this operation! Once this is complete anyone in there may scoop up any other materials that drop. There should be a bit of material as we have been there for over a year and pilots have come and gone, leaving behind some of their possessions.
Once WD unanchores there will be no safe refuge in the C1 and we will no longer have access after we leave. So grab what you can and get out. I will have a combat ship in there to help guard as long as we have pilots in there. It is only there to protect against a lone antagonist and not a fleet so I will not be able to come to your aid if a fleet shows up. I would not bring in anything that you do not want to lose.

WHITE DWARF SUCCESSFULLYEXTRACTED
After a long attempt to unanchor White Dwarf from the C1 wormhole, White Dwarf and its components are now safely out of wormhole space and currently being stored in a high sec area. This was accomplished with the help of some veteran and trusted pilots of our corporation.
The extraction also provided a myriad of supplies and ships that had been stored in White Dwarf since it conception several years ago. Much of the material was able to be saved, but not all. A treasure trove of T1 ships and components were left behind due to storage and transportation issues. While the value of the individual ships and material were low, the amount
left behind probably exceeded a billion ISK. Still, it was a very successful attempt and none of our pilots were harassed or impeded during the extraction effort. Once again the corp would like to thank all those involved to make this a successful operation.
White Dwarf will next see life as an industrial complex in our current C2. This will be a welcomed addition to those in our corp who have industrial ambitions. There is no timeline yet for installation, but we are hoping to get it anchored before the end of the month of March. Once set up all scientific and manufacturing modules will be moved to White Dwarf as it provides time and material bonuses for these operations. So please be mindful of this before starting any long duration scientific or manufacturing jobs in Crow's Nest. We will try to give a few days warning before we set up White Dwarf and move the modules there.

This will be the second addition to the wormhole complex, with the final piece being a refinery for ores and gas production. Once we have all of these structures in place the C2 will be a complete self contained system providing all manufacturing and production needs for the corporation and its pilots.
GOODBYE C1
As of today The Confederacy of Travellers no longer has a presence in the C1 we called home for many years. After successfully extracting White Dwarf and cleaning up the materials ejected by its unanchoring, the last pilot has left and we no longer have access to that space. We do maintain a friendly relationship with Blackviper, who maintains a POS in there, but we have no plans in returning to that particular WH. Now we can turn all of our attention to our current C2 and increase our presence there. The next step will be to install White Dwarf as an industrial complex, which should be completed by this weekend if everything goes as scheduled. During that time we will need pilots to help secure the structure during its 15 minute anchoring window against any attacks. We will send out a notice letting our pilots know when this is going to take place through our MOTD, so please be on the lookout for that.
